Concrete blocks toppled along Gilstead Road, Singapore

Several concrete blocks toppled along Gilstead Road, Singapore at about 8.20am on 16 January 2011. No one was injured or killed and police are still investigating the cause of the incident. One of the nearby resident manage to capture this video.
