Cooling off day is the day when it gives voters more time to think who they would vote for, rallies are not allowed to be held on this day.
Punggol East SMC will have three cornered fights between the People's Action Party and two opposition parties. Worker's Party and Singapore Democratic Alliance. Tanjong Pagar GRC is the only constituency to have walkover by the ruling People's Action Party.
