Two years old toddler, victim of the hit and run incident in China died

A toddler who was twice run over by vans and then ignored by passersby on a busy market street died Friday a week after the accident and after days of bitter soul-searching over declining morality in China.

The Guangzhou Military District General Hospital said that the two-year-old girl, Wang Yue, died shortly after midnight of brain and organ failure. "Her injuries were too severe and the treatment had no effect," intensive care unit director Su Lei told reporters.

The plight of the child, nicknamed Yueyue, came to symbolize what many Chinese see as a decay in public morals after heady decades of economic growth and rising prosperity.

Gruesome closed-circuit camera video of last Thursday's accident, aired on television and posted on the Internet, showed Yueyue toddling along the hardware market street in the southern city of Foshan. A van strikes her, slows and then resumes driving, rolling its back right wheel over the child. As she lies on the ground bleeding, 18 people walk or cycle by and another van strikes her before a scrap picker scoops her up.

Article adapted from CBC News.

Here was what really happened to the toddler.

I will try to talk on my recent Korea trip tomorrow.

Well, proud to say that Youtube is officially launced in Singapore. Of course it is not that Singaporeans have just started using Youtube. It is probably Youtube starting an office in Singapore. Here is also the URL to Singapore's officiall Youtube page. (http://www.youtube.com/SingaporeYT )
In the video below, You had seen several people from around the world welcoming the officiall lauch of Youtube in Singapore. There are Singapore actors in this video like Nat Ho, Chua En Lai and Hossan Leong as well as bloggers, Xiaxue and Mr Brown.

Sorry to say that I got carried away to much on this topic, I will instead talk more on my South Korea trip tomorrow.

More on my South Korea trip (Day 1 and 2, Oct 8- 9 2011)

On the first day, we left Singapore for South Korea and I ate Bibimbab for supper. Really is taste great when flying by Asiana Airlines. But during that night, there are two Korean girls who kicked the lady's seat because they are making fun of her after the two girls told the lady not to ajust her seat further behind. A brawl almost began when one of the girls kicked the lady's seat again and not the second time, but many times already. The lady who is a Singaporean threw the jacket at them and the girls threw it back at them, but the crew managed to stop the incident and she also have been assiting the matter between the girls and the women throughout the flight. Really I thought at first that my next flight to Jeju Island would also be the same, but actually not.

At Seoul, Incheon International Airport after a six hours flight and having breakfast there.

Aunt Julie, our tour guide throughout the trip.

Visited the Odusan Unification Observatory. This place is near the border of North Korea which the border between North and South Korea is at the 38th parallel line.

Visited the Skin Anniversary Centre. Just taking lots of photo on all these pictures.

One of the shopping districts in South Korea. Really it was crowded, similiar when I went to Taiwan at a night market last year.

The last place to visit on that day, the Lotte World. There is lots of attractions indoor and outdoor as well as there was an ice skating ring. I actually did not skate there because we do not had much time to try out all the attractions. But exciting! Tell you more on Day 3 tomorrow.

Have a video to show you on a sparkling Korea 30 seconds advertisment, because my elder brother and his dancing team used the similiar some from the video to do a competition dance. Of course he used a longer music, but for this video is shorter.

Finally back from South Korea

It is autumn in South Korea and the tempreature there is as low as about 10 degree celsius when I visited Peongchang. Peongchang is the host city for the 2018 winter olympics and it is the city's third bid for the winter games after losing narrowly for the 2010 and 2014 bid. I even visited Jeju Island, the largest island in South Korea. I try out the Kimchi, Bibimbab, Saba fish, Kimchi pancake and they all taste great!

The pure honey tates sweet, so my family decided to bought it. I really recomended this product.

The lady below this picture also talk about the honey brand and even sprout out a lot of jokes. Also she used my hand, probably for writing purporses and accidently slap on my hand. Of course she was not punishing me, a joke. Really Korean people do not slap others very hard. Not pain at all.

The lady on top was really good in Chinese, I believe she was also good in speaking Korean. But for English, I am not sure, because she only use some of the English language, but she also said that she was also capable of speaking English. The honey is really nice when it is made in Jeju.

I will tell you more about my trip tomorrow.

Having a dinner in Peongchang, South Korea.

At Singapore, Changi Airport before on a six hours flight to Seoul, Incheon International Airport.
